OUR STORY

Welcome! See and experience Meridian Center for Health. A new way

to deliver care and connect you to health and human services.

Starting with the seed of an idea several years ago, Valley Cities Behavioral Health, Public Health – Seattle & King County, and Neighborcare Health joined as partners to bring you a broad array of services under one roof. We connect, integrate and coordinate our services internally to create a dramatically different experience for you.

Helping you navigate, we aim to offer you a more seamless experience with easier and better access, follow-up, continuity and movement across parts of the system. We particularly want to minimize challenges, no matter your culture, age, language, income or housing status.

You can expect a warm welcome and respect from any and all on our team.  Your dignity, as well as your health, matters to us. We are here for you.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
  • Our Welcome Center, for all who walk in the front doors, sets the tone for the patient experience and is a hub for community resource information.

  • We help you, as a patient or client, get what you need, regardless of where you begin.

  • All of our team members help you navigate - connecting you across organizations and with outside services.

  • You can often get started or access services on the same day, all at this same location.

  • No one will be turned away because of inability to pay.
