Our primary care team is here for all stages of your life, whether you are ill or in good health. We are here to address needs of children, adults, and pregnant women, families, and individuals. Our services include health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. You can call us your healthcare home.
Who is Eligible
We accept most health insurance plans.

If you don’t have insurance, we ask you to see an eligibility specialist about insurance options or sliding scale discounts.

No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
How to Get Started

Make an appointment in person or by phone (206-296-4990) during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and on Saturday mornings.

Most days, there are a few walk-in appointments available for immediate health care concerns. (We are not an urgent care center for one-time visits.)


FAMILY MEDICINE
Our family medicine team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. These primary care providers, along with nurses, medical assistants, and others on the team, offer a wide range of services. We encourage long-term, ongoing relationships between you and your healthcare team to ensure continuity and care that is personalized to meet your needs.

PEDIATRICS
Our team includes pediatric doctors, as well as residents from the UW Pediatrics Residency. In addition to a full range of primary care services we offer to newborns and children, our team has specialized knowledge to care for children with complex needs such as developmental disabilities, chronic conditions and behavioral health concerns. Based on your child’s needs, our pediatrics team can coordinate with specialists and other experts.

PREGNANCY CARE
We offer you the choice of seeing a highly trained certified nurse midwife or family medicine doctor for your pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care. Our goal is to provide a healthy birth experience that matches your wants and needs. Patients give birth at Swedish First Hill Birth Center.

REGISTERED NURSE VISITS
